Caltrans Striping Lanes in St. Helena and AmCan

NAPA COUNTY— Caltrans will be striping traffic lanes on Highway 29 in St. Helena and American Canyon on two consecutive days this week.

The painting of traffic lanes is related to a sidewalk improvement project which added new curb ramps along SR-29 in both cities.

The work  is scheduled Wednesday and Thursday, starting at 9 a.m. It will be completed by 4 p.m. each day. All work is weather permitting.

Northbound and Southbound SR-29 at Hunt Avenue in St. Helena

Crews will also shift lanes in both northbound and southbound directions. One traffic lane on northbound and southbound SR-29 will remain open.

Southbound SR-29 at Rio Del Mar in American Canyon
