COMMUNITY BASED TRANSPORTATION PLAN PUBLIC MEETINGS

FOCUSING ON THE MOBILITY NEEDS FOR DISADVANTAGED COMMUNITIES


 

NAPA, CA — The Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) will be conducting five (5) public outreach meetings in September as part of the Community Based Transportation Plan (CBTP), focusing on disadvantaged communities and                          communities of concern or areas in Napa County with a concentration of low-income and/or non-English speakers and/or elderly and/or disabled communities.

 Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) serves as the Congestion Management Agency (CMA) for Napa County, responsible for programming state and federal funds for local projects.
