Public Hearing Notice is hereby given that the Napa Valley Transportation Authority (NVTA) will hold a public hearing to seek comments from the public regarding the proposed transit service change that will impact fixed route services. The transit system operated as Vine Transit proposes the following service changes:
Discontinuation of Route 25 - Intercity Bus Service to Sonoma on December 31, 2017
The service is funded by the Federal Transit Administration Section 5311(f) intercity bus program 49 USC Section 5311(f) administered by the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). The service discontinuation is due to a reduction of federal funding.
A public hearing will be held on September 20, 2017 at 1:30 PM at the Soscol Gateway Transit Center Board Room, 625 Burnell St. in Napa to discuss the change to transit service and receive public comments. Written public comments on service reductions may also be submitted to:

Written public comments will be received until September 19, 2017.
