Napa Valley Vine Trail – Oak Knoll District Project

 

 

1/14/15 UPDATE: The Final CEQA Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration for the project will be presented to the NCTPA Board for consideration and approval on January 21st, 2015 at the Soscol Gateway Transit Center located at 625 Burnell Street, Napa CA.  The meeting is scheduled to begin at 1:00pm.  The Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration was prepared pursuant to CEQA Guidelines Sections 15070 – 15073. The Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration finds that the proposed project would result in “potentially significant” or “potentially significant unless mitigated” environmental impacts related to aesthetics, air quality, biological resources, cultural resources, hazards and hazardous materials, noise, and recreation.  Upon Board approval, the Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program be implemented during construction of the project.
